- 1 pre-made pie crust (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup raspberries
- ½ cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- 1 tablespoon milk (for egg wash)
- Rainbow sprinkles (for garnish)
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries.
- Add sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, and vanilla extract to the berries. Gently toss to combine.
- Roll out your pie crust and fit it into a 9-inch pie pan. Trim any excess crust.
- Pour the berry mixture into the prepared pie crust, spreading it evenly.
- Roll out another piece of pie crust, slice it into strips, and create a lattice pattern on top of the berries.
