1 cup white chocolate chips
1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
Red food coloring
Black food coloring

Instructions
Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal later.
Melt Semi-Sweet Chocolate: In a medium saucepan, combine the semi-sweet chocolate chips and half of the sweetened condensed milk. Stir over low heat until melted and smooth.
Add Flavor: Stir in half of the vanilla extract and salt. Mix until well combined, then pour the chocolate mixture into the prepared baking dish. Spread it evenly and smooth the top.
Cool the First Layer: Place the dish in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes to set slightly.
