These pepperoni pizza scrolls are soft, cheesy, and packed with classic pizza flavor in every bite. Perfect for parties, lunch boxes, or easy dinners.

  • 1 sheet refrigerated pizza dough (about 400g)
  • 1/2 cup tomato pizza sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 100g pepperoni slices
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or melted butter (optional, for brushing)
  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the pizza sauce with Italian seasoning.
  3. Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle on a floured surface.
  4. Spread the sauce evenly over the dough, then top with mozzarella and pepperoni slices.
  5. Roll the dough tightly from the long edge to form a log.
  6. Slice the log into 1-inch pieces and arrange on the prepared tray, spiral side up.
  7. Bake for 18 to 22 minutes until golden and bubbling.
  8. Brush with melted butter or olive oil and sprinkle with parmesan if desired.
  9. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • These scrolls can be made ahead and frozen for later.
