Oreo Fudge Brownie Pizza is a rich and indulgent dessert that combines the flavors of brownies and Oreos in a fun pizza format.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet or dark)
  • 1 cup crushed Oreo cookies (plus extra for topping)
  • 1 cup whipped topping or frosting (store-bought or homemade)
  • ½ cup chocolate syrup (for drizzling, optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a large round pizza pan or a baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the melted butter and granulated sugar. Stir until well combined. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips and crushed Oreos until evenly distributed throughout the batter.
  6. Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pizza pan, spreading it evenly to the edges.
  7. Place the pan in the preheated oven and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  8. Remove the brownie from the oven and let it cool in the pan for about 15-20 minutes, or until it’s cool enough to handle.
  9. Once cooled, spread the whipped topping or frosting evenly over the brownie base.
  10. Sprinkle additional crushed Oreo cookies on top of the frosting for a beautiful finish.
  11. If desired, drizzle chocolate syrup over the top for added sweetness and presentation.
  12. Cut the brownie pizza into wedges or slices, just like a regular pizza!

Notes

  • Store leftovers in an airtight container.
  • For a more intense chocolate flavor, use dark chocolate chips.
