- 2 ripe custard apples
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- A pinch of salt
- Cut the custard apples in half and scoop out the flesh into a bowl, discarding the seeds.
- In a blender, combine the custard apple flesh, milk, heavy cream, sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, cornstarch, and salt. Blend until smooth and creamy.
