  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • Chopped green onions for garnish
  • Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cut the boneless, skinless chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a bowl, mix the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Coat the chicken pieces with the seasoning mixture.
  3. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
  4. Add the seasoned chicken pieces to the skillet and cook for 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through.
  5. While the chicken is cooking, combine mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, and lime juice in a bowl. Mix until smooth.
  6. Once the chicken is cooked, reduce the heat to low and pour the sauce over the chicken. Stir well to coat all the pieces evenly.
  7. Continue to cook for 1-2 minutes until the sauce is heated and the chicken is well coated.
  8. Remove from heat, and garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds if using.
  9. Transfer to a serving dish.
