1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 large eggs
2 large egg yolks
½ cup granulated sugar
¼ cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
Grease four 6-ounce ramekins with butter and dust them with cocoa powder.
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the unsalted butter and semi-sweet chocolate chips. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until melted and smooth.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, egg yolks, and granulated sugar until well combined and slightly frothy.
Gradually add the melted chocolate mixture to the egg mixture, stirring continuously until fully incorporated.
Gently fold in the all-purpose flour, vanilla extract, and salt until just combined.
Divide the batter evenly among the prepared ramekins, filling them about ¾ full.
Place the ramekins on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are firm but the center is soft.
Remove from the oven and let them cool for about 5 minutes before serving.
Carefully invert each ramekin onto a plate, allowing the cake to slide out.
