8 slices white sandwich bread, crusts removed
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup strawberries, diced
1/4 cup blueberries
2 large eggs
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
Warm a nonstick skillet over medium heat.
In a bowl, whisk together eggs and milk. In a separate bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon.
Flatten each bread slice with a rolling pin. Spread cream cheese, add strawberries and blueberries, and roll tightly.
Dip rolls in egg mixture, coating all sides.
Fry in the skillet until golden brown on all sides, about 2–3 minutes per side.
