- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika (optional)

- Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
- Begin by preheating your oven to 450°F (230°C).
- In a large pot, add baby potatoes and cover them with water. Bring to a boil and cook for 15-20 minutes until fork-tender.
