  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (preferably panko for extra crunch)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 large eggs
  • Cooking spray or olive oil spray

Instructions

  1. Set your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and allow it to preheat for about 5 minutes.
  2. Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
  3. In a shallow bowl, combine the grated parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. In another bowl, beat the eggs until well mixed.
  5. Dip each chicken breast into the beaten eggs, ensuring it is fully coated.
  6. Dredge the chicken in the parmesan breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
  7. Lightly spray both sides of the coated chicken with cooking spray or olive oil.
  8. Place the coated chicken breasts in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  9. Air fry the chicken for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  10. Remove the chicken from the air fryer and let it rest for a few minutes.
