  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Wash, peel, and slice your apples into 1/4 inch thick slices.
  3. Toss the sliced apples with brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a large bowl.
  4. Transfer the apple mixture to a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
  5. In another bowl, mix rolled oats, flour, brown sugar, and salt.
  6. Stir in melted butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  7. Sprinkle the topping evenly over the apple mixture.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for about 40-45 minutes.
