  • 2 large chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 package (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until fully combined.
  3. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
  4. Spoon 2-3 tablespoons of the chicken mixture onto the wide end of each triangle. Roll it up from the wide end to form a pillow shape. Pinch the ends to seal well.
  5. Arrange the pillows on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
  7. While the chicken pillows are baking, heat olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  8. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and cook until the sauce thickens slightly. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  9. Once the pillows are done baking, remove them from the oven and drizzle the creamy Parmesan sauce over the top.
  10. Optionally sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
