  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, diced
  • 2 cups uncooked white rice
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can (10 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine chicken, uncooked rice, cream of chicken soup, water, broccoli, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Mix well.
  3. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  4. Top with shredded cheddar cheese, covering the surface completely.
  5. Cover with foil and bake for 35 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 10–15 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Let rest for 5–10 minutes before serving.
  7. Serve warm with optional fresh herbs or sour cream on the side.
