Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 loaf Bread Boule
  • 8 ounces Brie Cheese
  • ½ cup Cranberry Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Thyme

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Slice the top quarter off the bread boule and scoop out the inner bread to create a hollow center.
  3. Place the brie in the hollowed center of the bread.
  4. Spray the exterior of the bread lightly with cooking spray and make shallow cuts around the sides.
  5. Top the brie with cranberry sauce and sprinkle with fresh thyme.
  6. Transfer the filled bread bowl to the prepared baking sheet and bake for about 25 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melty.
  7. Serve immediately.

  • Bake just before serving for the best experience.
