  • 1 pound chicken tenderloins
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3–5 minutes.
  2. In a mixing bowl, toss chicken tenderloins with olive oil and all seasonings until well coated.
  3. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with oil or line with parchment paper.
  4. Place chicken tenderloins in a single layer in the basket, leaving space between pieces.
  5. Air fry for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and cooked through (165°F internal temp).
  6. Let rest for 2 minutes, then serve warm with your favorite dip or side.
