Ingredients
Scale
32 oz frozen fully cooked beef meatballs
1 cup Smuckers grape jelly
1½ cups Sweet Baby Ray’s barbecue sauce
2 tablespoons chili garlic sauce
Fresh parsley or chives, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Arrange frozen beef meatballs in a single layer in a large baking dish. Bake for 15-20 minutes to warm them through.
While meatballs warm, prepare the glaze. In a medium saucepan over medium-low heat, combine grape jelly, barbecue sauce, and chili garlic sauce. Stir constantly until jelly is melted and sauce is smooth.
Remove warmed meatballs from the oven. Pour the prepared sweet and spicy glaze evenly over the meatballs, ensuring each is coated. Gently stir to coat.
Return the baking dish to the oven, reducing the temperature to 325°F (160°C). Bake for an additional 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the glaze thickens and caramelizes.
Remove from oven and let the meatballs rest for 5-10 minutes. Chop fresh parsley or chives for garnish. Sprinkle generously over the meatballs before serving.
