Easy Potsticker Stir Fry: An Incredible Ultimate Recipe

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound frozen potstickers (chicken, pork, or vegetable)
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced (any color)
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup snap peas
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey or sugar (optional)
  • 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)
  • Sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the frozen potstickers to the skillet in a single layer. Cook for about 5 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are golden brown on the outside.
  3. Toss in the sliced bell peppers, broccoli florets, and snap peas. Stir-fry for about 4-5 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
  4. Stir in the minced garlic and ginger, cooking for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  5. In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and honey or sugar if using. Pour this sauce over the potstickers and vegetables, stirring to coat everything evenly.
  6. Allow everything to cook for another 2-3 minutes, letting the flavors meld together. Make sure the potstickers are heated through.
  7. Remove from heat and sprinkle with chopped green onions and sesame seeds for added flavor and texture.
  8. Transfer to a serving dish and enjoy your Easy Potsticker Stir Fry!
