1 lb chicken breast, cut into cubes
2 tablespoons butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
4 large flour tortillas
1 ½ cups cooked French fries
⅓ cup heavy cream
½ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt butter. Add chicken and cook until browned and fully cooked.
Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute. Pour in heavy cream and Parmesan, stirring until a creamy sauce forms.
Warm tortillas to make them pliable. Layer mozzarella, cooked fries, and chicken mixture in each tortilla.
