½ cup scallions minced small, tops and bottoms (3–4 scallions)
Dash of your favorite hot sauce
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon kosher salt
½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1½ dozen soft pull-apart slider rolls
2 tablespoons butter, melted
Instructions
Cook the beef bacon until crispy. Drain on paper towels, cool slightly, and crumble into small pieces.
Finely dice the beef ham into pieces no larger than ¼ inch. A food processor can be used for a finer texture, but avoid turning it into a paste.
In a large bowl, beat together softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream until smooth. Stir in shredded cheddar cheese, minced scallions, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, kosher salt, black pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder until well combined.
Gently fold the crumbled beef bacon and diced beef ham into the cheese mixture until evenly distributed.
Slice the slider rolls horizontally and arrange the bottom halves in a baking dish. Evenly distribute the filling over the bottom halves.
Place the top halves of the rolls over the filling. Brush the tops generously with melted butter.
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Cover the baking dish loosely with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 5-10 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
Let the sliders cool slightly before serving warm.
