1 pound ground chicken
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil (for grilling)
Instructions
In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper. Mix well and refrigerate.
In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, feta cheese, parsley, dill, minced garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into patties.
Preheat a grill or non-stick pan over medium-high heat. Add olive oil to prevent sticking.
Grill the patties for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
Toast the buns on the grill for 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
Place the cooked patties on the toasted buns, top with the tzatziki, and add any additional toppings like lettuce, tomatoes, or onions.
