1 cup sweetened condensed milk
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup cocoa powder, for rolling

Instructions
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the semi-sweet chocolate chips and a pinch of salt. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until the chocolate is fully melted and smooth.
Add the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract to the melted chocolate. Stir until completely combined and smooth.
Refrigerate the chocolate mixture for about 30 minutes, or until it is firm enough to handle.
Once chilled, scoop out small portions of the mixture using a cookie scoop or your hands. Roll each portion into a ball shape.
Roll each chocolate ball in cocoa powder, ensuring they are fully coated. You can also use crushed nuts or sprinkles for variation if desired.
Place the coated truffles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for another 30 minutes to firm up.
