Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup apple butter
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • Optional: whipped cream and apple slices for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Mix until well combined.
  3. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes, then remove and let cool.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and granulated sugar. Beat with an electric mixer until smooth.
  5. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Scrape the sides of the bowl as needed.
  6. Mix in the vanilla extract, apple butter, ground cinnamon, and salt until fully incorporated.
  7. Pour the cheesecake filling into the cooled graham cracker crust, smoothing the top with a spatula.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes, or until the center is set but slightly jiggly.
  9. Turn off the oven and crack the door open, allowing the cheesecake to cool gradually for about an hour.
  10. Transfer the cheesecake to the refrigerator and chill for at least 4 hours or overnight for best results.
